All technicians regularly participate in BICSI training and telecommunications equipment vendor training.

Wireless Precision LLC’s Engineering Group provides full support for the installation team in the field. Upon completion of an installation, the engineers insure all drawings and records have been updated prior to turn over to the customer.

Prior to service turn-up, our Quality Assurance Group audits each job to insure the installation:

• conforms to installation specifications

• adheres to the customers standard

• documentation is updated, complete and ready to turn over to the customer.
