The Atlanta MTA of T-Mobile U.S.A has employed Wireless Precision since January 2004. Wireless Precision’s primary function has been to complete cell site preventative maintenance on over 1000 sites on a quarterly basis. To reach this goal they provided 8 technicians, all of them Ericsson trained. Each tech spent approximately 2 weeks working with a T-Mobile tech to cross train on our cell site PM plan before being turned loose on their own. Working with our administrative support person Wireless Precision technicians completed their assigned preventative maintenance work orders both promptly and on schedule. All issues identified through the scope of the preventative maintenance work plan were documented and fed over to T-Mobile technicians to fix. This allows our technicians to function on reactive maintenance and capacity expansion activity while still maintaining a healthy network. Wireless Precision technicians functioned 100 percent of the time as if they were T-Mobile employees and their professionalism has been very much appreciated. In summary, I believe this method of completing cell site preventative maintenance is a very beneficial way to not only ensure all sites are maintained with-in T-Mobile standards but to ensure a very cost effective way in doing so. I can and will highly recommend Wireless Precision services.
